Infomation-Packed Pronouns

Possessive pronouns can come in handy when talking about all sorts of things, as a single word conveys two concepts — the thing you're talking about and whom it belongs to. Examples of possessive pronouns can be seen in a sentence such as "El mío es mejor que el tuyo," ("Mine is better than yours"), where both mío and tuyo are possessive pronouns. Even if you haven't studied them yet, you may already know the possessive pronouns, as they take the same form as one type of possessive adjectives.
