The Present Perfect Subjunctive

The compound tenses are formed by taking the auxilary verb "haber" and adding a past participle.
Therefore, the present perfect subjunctive takes the present subjunctive form of the verb "haber" and adds the past participle.
Here is "haber" in the present subjunctive.
 singularplural
first personhayahayamos
second personhayashayáis
third personhayahayan

Here is an example of "comer" conjugated in the present perfect subjunctive. Note that the past participle of "comer" is comido.
yo haya comido
tú hayas comido
él/ella/usted haya comido
nosotros hayamos comido
vosotros hayáis comido
ellos/ellas/ustedes hayan comido
